Welcome to Central London Banners. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
1. Accepted File Formats
To help us process your job smoothly and deliver the best possible results, we accept artwork in the following formats:
PDF, PSD, AI, PNG, EPS, CDR, TIFF, and JPEG

Files should be a minimum of 300 DPI for optimal clarity.

Please include a 2-inch bleed on all sides to prevent unintended cropping during finishing.
2. Artwork & Proofing Process
After you submit your artwork:

Our team checks your file and prepares it for print.

Please note: Pantone colours are not supported. All artwork is converted to CMYK, which may result in minor shade variations.

We’ll send a digital proof for approval unless the file is already print-ready.

You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and colours prior to sign-off.

Written approval via email is required before production begins.
-
Approvals received after 1:00 PM may move production to the next working day.
Minor colour variance (typically within 10–15%) can occur due to screen calibration and print processes.
3. Product Standards & Finishing Notes
We specialise in large-format prints designed to be viewed from 2 metres or more—not for close, photographic inspection.

Size tolerance: expect small variances of approximately 2–5 cm.

Banners under 10 feet in height are produced in a single piece.
-
Larger banners may include professionally aligned joins to preserve your design.

A hemming fee applies to banners under 60 sq. ft.
4. Shipping & Packaging Guidelines
Turnaround times begin after artwork approval (not payment).

Standard dispatch is typically within 5–6 working days.
-
Items exceeding 110 cm x 110 cm may be folded for delivery. Light creasing or slight discolouration from folding is not considered a defect.

If you prefer your banner sent rolled, select the “Rolled on Tube” option at checkout (additional charge may apply).

Delivery timeframes, including express options, are calculated at checkout.
5. Express Services
Priority production is available for urgent orders:

Same-day
-
24-hour
-
48-hour
-
72-hour service (subject to availability and artwork complexity)
Express jobs must be approved before 1:00 PM. Late approvals may incur a 50% express surcharge to meet the selected timeframe.
6. Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are custom-made, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Print defects

Incorrect size that does not match the approved specification

Missing finishing elements (e.g. eyelets or pole pockets)
What You Need to Do:

Report issues within 24 hours of receiving your order.
-
Include your order number and photos taken from 2 metres away clearly showing the problem.
Important Notes:

Do not accept parcels with visibly damaged packaging—acceptance may void eligibility for transit-related claims.

If a return is approved, return shipping is your responsibility.
-
Delivery charges are non-refundable except where an error or defect is confirmed.
-
Claims made outside the 24-hour window or issues arising from customer-approved artwork (e.g. spelling) are not eligible.
7. Fraud Protection & Order Validation
All items are weighed and photographed prior to dispatch.
Submitting false refund or chargeback claims may result in legal action and recovery of associated costs. We take fraud seriously.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All designs, layouts, and promotional visuals created by Central London Banners remain our intellectual property.
With your permission, we may showcase finished products or designs for marketing on our website, social channels, or other platforms.
If a refund is issued after artwork approval, a 50% design fee may be retained to cover production time and studio costs.
9. Liability & Disputes
Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
Where disputes are raised via PayPal, your bank, or card provider, their final decision will be treated as binding. We will supply all relevant documentation.
10. Pricing & Order Validity

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Unpaid orders may be cancelled or re-invoiced at the current pricing.
11. Privacy & Communication
By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive transactional and promotional emails.
If you wish to opt out of promotional messages, please email info@centrallondonbanners.co.uk.
12. Use of Phone Numbers & Consent for WhatsApp/SMS Updates
By providing your phone number at checkout, you authorise us to send order updates and delivery notifications via WhatsApp or SMS, where applicable. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us.
13. Final Terms

Our liability for any order is capped at the order’s total value.

Any disputes resolved through PayPal or card processors are final.

Completion of your purchase confirms acceptance of these terms and consent to receive updates from us.
